The Atrium Resort

Thank You Azza & Garfield! I can't express my gratitude for your compassion and communication for me and my family! This hotel was definitely worth the price! The room was clean,spacious,all the extra things provided made it nice for our family. They provided paper towels dish soap shampoo conditioner. All the staff was so pleasant from the front desk to the room cleaning! Shout out to Jody she was extra nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. This will be our place to stay when we visit Virginia Beach I recommend this hotel!!!!

Good location and close to beach without the higher price tag, rooms were clean. Nothing spectacular though. Generally the property could use some updating such as replacing flooring. Furniture in common spaces looks like it was from a thrift shop or rummage sale. We had an issue with the shower in our room and it was promptly fixed. In all, it was a decent place to sleep, no safety concerns.

Rooms are spacious, my experience with the service was actually great. The location wouldn't be a problem if the parking lot was bigger. I think they only allow one parking pass per room, which in some cases may not work, but there's parking lots around it that you can pay to park at. That's only if you get one room and have multiple vehicles. Trip was for a gymnastics competition/vacation.

Check in was very easy. All the staff we had dealings with were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. We liked having a little kitchen to make breakfast each morning. The coffee pot was only a 4 cup pot… basically 2 cups. I just made 2 pots instead of one each morning. The shower pressure was awesome! It wasn’t a struggle to rinse my thick, curly hair. I did miss being ocean front but it was a nice walk to and from the beach… a couple blocks each way. I would definitely stay here again. Free parking. Nicely shaded parking area.

Did a two night stay to enjoy some beach and catch Cody Jinks at the new Dome Venue. Super convenient location for both. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious, with a kitchen and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable (adult times as well). Parking was included (1 vehicle per reservation. A few things were dated but the over all experience was great. Will definitely come again.

I loved the convenience of a resort over a hotel. We appreciate the value and the exceptional customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole time we stayed. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there's no USB ports or charging station. The wifi is also very poor on the 6th floor. However, the convenience of having a mini kitchen with full size refrigerator, stovetop and oven capabilites saved us so much money, it's well worth it, as a large family. There are dishes, pots and pans and a small dishwasher in the suites which makes mealtime easy. The laundry is absolutely free, but there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. You may have to wait to use the amenities, but, again, it's free. I got up to do laundry at 7am and had no issues. The pool is nice and warm and they always had fresh towels waiting for us. I appreciate the trash drop off, towel exchange and quiet time from 11-7. This may not be ideal for some, but was a perfect fit for our family. It's also an affordable place within just blocks of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. I will definitely return here on future visits.

This hotel is the perfect distance to the ocean front all while being relatively cheap!! Easily the best part of the trip was my girl Diamond!!!!! She was so accommodating and social and nice. She answered all my questions and I could tell she has a lot of knowledge about the resort!! Room 405 forever

I've been in a lot of nice hotels but I don't write reviews online very often. But today I decided to do it. I want to say thank you to the staff who worked during my stay from 08.23.25 through 08.26.25. You guys are great at doing your job and very polite! Thank you to the manager Sean who helped me to fix some mistakes on my reservation even if I had made this reservation through the third party which makes it more difficult. The design of the building is interesting. The rooms are like little apartments (a living room with a TV, a bedroom with another TV and a little kitchen). For some reason in my room there was no Bible. But I have eBible in my phone. In general, I had a wonderful time. Not a bit of disappointment. I would come back again. I hope you guys read my comment. Thank you guys again! God bless you
